Shot fired, Underwood

Police are investigating after a 24-year-old man sustained gunshot pellet wounds to his legs and arms at Underwood overnight.

Around 10pm last night the man was walking down a communal driveway to a residential estate at Cristaldi Avenue when a vehicle driving past fired a shot.

The man made his way back to his residence and emergency services were called.

The man was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition.

Investigators are keen for any dashcam in the area at the time of the incident or anyone who has any information to offer to contact police.
