Our ever-popular Mordi Fest is back with a bang in 2023.

Mordialloc's foreshore is set to come alive with two days of non-stop music, gourmet food, regionally made wine and Melbourne craft beers. Throw in roving performers and kids' activities, including a special visit from Bluey and Bingo, and we have your family-friendly fun covered.

Crowd favourites British India, Frente and 1927 are set to headline an awesome line-up of local and international artists performing across four stages. Festival goers can enjoy the sights and sounds of the main Pier Stage, the Beach Stage, Jam Café and for those who need a quick breather from the festival hustle and bustle, the alcohol-free Freeza Chill-out Zone run by Kingston Youth Services is a great option.

Kingston Mayor Hadi Saab said Kingston is proud to present such a great event and provide ongoing opportunities for our residents and visitors to enjoy themselves, connect and celebrate.

"Mordi Fest is our premier event and after the forced hiatus of the past two years we'd love to see a huge crowd to welcome it back," Cr Saab said.

"Get your friends and family together and come along to enjoy the very best our region has to offer."

Check out the smorgasbord of delicious gourmet food options, with the Sunny Boy Beach Club and Tour de Café, plus over 40 of Melbourne's favourite food vans and restaurants locked in, including Amazing Calamari, Twisted Potato, Billy van Creamy, Big Pig Little Pig and many more! There will be vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and halal options available as well and if you have special dietary requirements, please check with the vendors about their menu options.

With 14 licenced sites, including local brewers 2 Brothers Brewery, Bad Shepherd, True South, Braeside Brewing Co, and Wolf of the Willows you are sure to find an adult hydration option to your liking as well.

Mordi Fest will run in Peter Scullin Reserve on Saturday 4 March (11am – 10pm) and Sunday 5 March (11am – 7pm) and with entry just $2 per person or $5 for a family there is no better value in Melbourne.

Being a family-friendly event, the festival is smoke-free, with BYO alcohol and pets not permitted.
