In accordance with s214(2) of the Environment Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021, notice is hereby given that Snowy Monaro Regional Council endorsed the creation of the Section 7.12 Local Infrastructure Contributions Plan 2022 (the Plan) at its ordinary meeting on 16 June 2022.
The Plan will come into effect on 1 July 2022.
Council intends to repeal the Bombala Section 94A Plan, the Cooma-Monaro Section 94 Plan, the Yarrowlumla Section 94 Plan and Snowy River Section 94 Plan (note that this does not repeal the section 64 component of this Plan).
