Police are investigating after a teenage boy was stabbed during a fight in Sydney's north-west last night.
Emergency services were called to a metro station on Old Castle Hill Road, Castel Hill, following reports of a fight about 9.40pm (Saturday 14 November 2020).
The teenager, aged 16, was found with a stab wound to his chest. He was treated on scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
Police have been told the teenager was stabbed during a fight with three males, who then fled the scene.
Officers from The Hills Police Area Command have established a crime scene and are investigating the incident.
