The Rowe Street car park at Eastwood will be temporarily closed for a 48-hour period for critical network infrastructure upgrades.
The car park will be closed from 10.00pm Monday 21 September 2026 until 10.00pm Wednesday 23 September 2026 while the works are completed.
The temporary closure is required to facilitate essential network and technology upgrades that cannot be completed safely while the facility remains operational. During this period, access to the car park will not be available and vehicles cannot be removed until the car park reopens.
Residents, visitors and commuters are encouraged to make alternative parking arrangements during the closure period. Vehicles should be removed from the car park by 10.00pm on Monday 21 September 2026.
The upgrades form part of Council's ongoing investment in secure, reliable and modern technology infrastructure that supports community services and enhances the operation of key facilities across the City of Ryde.
City of Ryde staff will be onsite throughout the closure period to assist community members.
