Tender Open for New BRIGHT Youth Service Delivery

A Request for Tender for new Child Protection service, BRIGHT, is live.

The Department of Communities recently undertook an evaluation of the existing At Risk Youth Accommodation (ARYA) service which provides vulnerable young people with emergency overnight accommodation.

The need was identified for a new and improved service model that provides emergency accommodation alongside wrap-around supports to improve the long-term outcomes of the vulnerable cohort with complex needs that frequently accesses ARYA.

The new service, Building Resilience Independence Guidance and Housing Transition (BRIGHT), will continue to provide emergency overnight accommodation for young people aged 14-17 while incorporating a targeted case management component to support young people access pathways to longer term accommodation opportunities who are preparing to leave the care of the CEO.

Community Service Organisations and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations are invited to submit a tender by Friday 7 August 2026.

All responses must be submitted via Tenders WA .
