Young people and families living on the southern Mornington Peninsula now have easier access to free youth mental health services, with Headspace relocating to the Tounnin Wominjeka Youth Hub in Rosebud.

Headspace is the perfect match for our youth hub, by having a mental health service in the same building, it reduces barriers for young people to take that first step and get the support they need.

Headspace is Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing support to young people aged 12 to 25. Their services include mental health support, as well as assistance with employment, education, and drug and alcohol concerns.

All young people are welcome. If you think taking the first step is intimidating, you can ask a friend, teacher or family member to reach out to Headspace on your behalf.
