UN Security Briefing: Humanitarian Impact in Ukraine

The Security Council meets this afternoon in New York on the situation in Ukraine. According to UN humanitarians, at least 33 civilians were killed and more than 200 injured between Friday and early Monday, while attacks also damaged critical infrastructure and aid assets.
