Survey: In-home Aged Care Service List Review

Department of Health

We're seeking feedback to help us understand how the service list is supporting the delivery of care and services to older people. The in-home aged care service list shows the types of aged care services that may be available to participants.

Your input will help support the service list to remain contemporary, practical and aligned with the needs of older people and the aged care sector.

The survey asks:

  • how the service list is working in practice
  • what services should be added, changed or removed
  • what extra information or support people may need if the service list changes.

This is the first of several opportunities to share your views on in-home aged care services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home, and help shape how the two programs work together.

About the survey:

  • takes about 15 minutes to complete
  • multiple‑choice and open‑text questions
  • anonymous
  • closes 6 November.

Complete the survey and share it with your teams and participants.
