Detectives from the Ipswich Property Crime Unit have charged two men following a break and enter offence in Swanbank on 18 May.
Around 12.45am police will allege the men entered a commercial premise on Fairbank Place where they moved a tipper truck from the entrance to a locked storage container before using an angle grinder to gain entry.
Once inside the storage container it is alleged they stole a surveying equipment station and a number of power tools before leaving the scene in a red 2000 Nissan Patrol.
Around 6.30pm on 19 May police located the vehicle at a commercial property at Newhill Drive and Redbank Plains Road.
The vehicle, was tracked by POLAIR through several suburbs before a tyre deflation device was deployed at Redbank Plains, stinging the vehicle.
The vehicle eventually came to a stop on Henty Drive where a 32-year-old Blackstone man and a 29-year-old Yamanto man were arrested.
They have both been charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and enter premises and commit and are due to appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court today 20 May.

Operation Yankee Forge is a six-month, district-led, statewide initiative targeting high-harm and high-volume offences, including unlawful use of motor vehicles, unlawful entry and robbery.
The operation will enhance policing activities across Queensland to reduce victim numbers and strengthen community safety.
Police regions, supported by specialist squads, will undertake coordinated disruption activities across the state. Police will target high-harm offenders and work closely with partner agencies to ensure offenders are held accountable. With a strong focus on crime prevention, police will be highly visible as they prevent, disrupt and investigate offending, with particular emphasis on unlawful use, robbery and unlawful entry.
The operation will be locally led and centrally coordinated, leveraging the knowledge and experience of officers who know their communities best.
