Upgraded Playspaces Across Penrith LGA Are Now Open

Penrith City Council has completed the revitalisation of playspaces at Margaret Porter Reserve in St Marys and Myrtle Road Reserve in Claremont Meadows, providing enhanced recreation facilities for the families in these communities.

Penrith Mayor Todd Carney said the improvements will greatly benefit those in the community who utilise these playspaces regularly.

"The upgraded playspaces across the Penrith LGA offer families and children a lively area to play and explore. The improvements to these areas have created a welcoming space, making it more accessible and enticing for those who visit," Cr Carney said.

"Penrith City Council is committed to an ongoing program to upgrade the City's playspaces, ensuring they are modern and inclusive for everyone across the Penrith LGA."
