Secretary of War Pete Hegseth announced today that the president has made the following nominations:

Army Lt. Gen. Brian S. Eifler for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as deputy chief of staff, G-3/5/7, U.S. Army, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Eifler is currently serving as deputy chief of staff, G-1, U.S. Army, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

Army Lt. Gen. James P. Isenhower III for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as commanding general, U.S. Army Combined Arms Command and Fort Leavenworth, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Isenhower is currently serving as commanding general, U.S. Army Combined Arms Center and Fort Leavenworth, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.

Army Maj. Gen. James B. Bartholomees for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as superintendent, U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York. Bartholomees is currently serving as commanding general, 25th Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.

Air Force Maj. Gen. Bradford R. Everman for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as commander, Continental U.S. North American Aerospace Defense Command Region, and commander, First Air Force (Air Forces Northern and Air Forces Space), Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. Everman is currently serving as mobilization assistant to the Commander, North American Aerospace Defense Command, U.S. Northern Command, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado.

Army Maj. Gen. Thomas M. Feltey for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as commanding general, V Corps, Fort Knox, Kentucky. Feltey is currently serving as commanding general, 1st Cavalry Division, Fort Hood, Texas.

Army Maj. Gen. Clair A. Gill for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as deputy commander, U.S. Southern Command, Doral, Florida. Gill is currently serving as commanding general, U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence and Fort Rucker, Fort Rucker, Alabama.

Army Maj. Gen. Charles T. Lombardo for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as deputy chief of staff, G-1, U.S. Army, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Lombardo is currently serving as commanding general, 2nd Infantry Division (Combined), Eighth Army, Republic of Korea.

Army Maj. Gen. John W. Lubas for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as commanding general, XVIII Airborne Corps and Fort Bragg, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Lubas is currently serving as commanding general, 3rd Infantry Division and Fort Stewart, Fort Stewart, Georgia.

Army Maj. Gen. Philip J. Ryan for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Western Hemisphere Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Ryan is currently serving as commanding general, U.S. Army South, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas.

Army Brig. Gen. David C. Phillips for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as military deputy/director, Army Acquisition Corps, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology), Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Phillips is currently serving as deputy portfolio acquisition executive, Maneuver Air, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.

Space Force Brig. Gen. Matthew S. Cantore for appointment to the grade of major general. Cantore is currently serving as director of staff, Headquarters, U.S. Space Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

Space Force Brig. Gen. Brian A. Denaro for appointment to the grade of major general. Denaro is currently serving as commander, U.S. Space Forces Indo-Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii.

Space Force Brig. Gen. Kristin L. Panzenhagen for appointment to the grade of major general. Panzenhagen is currently serving as military deputy, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.

Army Col. Nicholas H. Gist for appointment to the grade of brigadier general. Gist currently serves as department head, Physical Education Department, U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York.
