On Monday 27 February between 10am and 12 noon, my Maryborough Ward Councillors and I are encouraging everyone to pop into the Bull and Mouth to have a chat.
The first in a series of coffee catch ups, this is an opportunity for you to have an informal conversation with your Councillor about the issues that are important to you.
Whilst we know this time is not suitable for everyone, as Councillors we are always available to meet and discuss any concerns or issues that are impacting you. You can find all of our details on the Council website at www.centralgoldfields.vic.gov.au under the Our Councillors tab.
On another note, the Commonwealth Government is introducing significant changes to the funding and delivery of aged care services, including those delivered by Council.
We want to be best prepared for these changes by understanding community views on in home and other aged care services.
Feedback is invited until this Friday 17 February.
You can provide feedback by completing a survey or attending the in-person information session happening on Friday at the Mill House from 11am to 2pm.
It's important we understand the views of current and future users of these services and encourage everyone to submit their feedback and attend Friday's session.
