A new Miller masterplan released

Liverpool City Council is preparing a Masterplan to renew and redevelop community facilities and parks and open spaces in Miller. It will deliver lively, accessible and safe places that support the wellbeing of the community.

Council is asking residents of Miller and its surrounding area for their suggestions about the proposed plan.

The long-term vision for Miller includes:

  • A multi-purpose community hub;
  • A modern public library;
  • Redevelopment of Michael Wenden Aquatic Leisure Centre;
  • Park and open space upgrades; and
  • Enhanced green spaces and corridors.

Mayor Wendy Waller encouraged residents to comment on the Masterplan, saying their comments will help deliver the best facilities and services for the Miller community of the future.
