Appeal over 'up skirting' - Dulwich Hill Light Rail

Officers from the Police Transport Command are appealing for public assistance following the alleged 'up-skirting' of teenage girls last month.

Between 8:30am and 8:50am on Wednesday 18 November 2020, a man, travelling on the Dulwich Hill Light Rail service, was seen by other passengers allegedly using a mobile phone to film up the skirts of high-school children.

Police were told the man exited the service at Wentworth Park.

The incident was reported to police and officers from Transport Action Group North Central commenced inquiries.

Investigators have released CCTV images of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

He is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, aged 30-40, of medium build and has short black hair.

He was seen wearing a grey t-shirt, dark blue jeans and carrying a black backpack.
