Biden Sends Delegation to Qatar for 2022 World Cup Closing Ceremony

President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to the State of Qatar to attend the Closing Ceremonies of the 2022 FIFA World Cupon December 18, 2022, in Doha.

The Honorable Linda Thomas-Greenfield, United States Ambassador to the United Nations, will lead the delegation.
