Dust off your coin purses Bluey fans - Bluey is back at Australia Post with the very first $2 Bluey Dollarbuck coin collection.

Struck by the Royal Australian Mint in partnership with BBC Studios, the first-of-their-kind $2 coins feature Bluey alongside her family and friends. The fun and charming illustrations, designed in collaboration with the team at Ludo Studio, showcase moments from several of Bluey's much-loved episodes - including Camping and Granny Mobile - and come as standard uncirculated coins, retailing from $20. Other coins in the Bluey collection are available as part of a 5-coin tube and folder set with a 1 in every 10 chance of featuring a special Sleepytime coloured coin.

Australia Post Executive General Manager Retail, Brand & Marketing, Josh Bannister encouraged fans to visit their local Post Office and join the Bluey fun.

"Bluey is loved by families across Australia and the world, and these first ever $2 coins are a fun way for fans to connect with the characters they love. Don't forget to check your change either, as Bluey and Bingo $2 coloured coins are popping up in till change when making a cash transaction at participating Post Offices," Mr Bannister said.

Director of Brands & Licensing BBC Studios ANZ, Sharon Wilson, expressed her enthusiasm for the new Bluey Dollarbuck collection.

"The Bluey Dollarbuck collection is a playful nod to Aussie culture, made even more special through our partnership with Australia Post. Bluey has become a beloved part of family life, and this new range is a delightful way for fans to celebrate their favourite characters and stories. These collectible pieces capture the spirit of fun and playfulness that Bluey represents, and we can't wait for fans of all ages to enjoy them," said Wilson.

Assistant Minister for Productivity, Competition, Charities and Treasury, the Hon Andrew Leigh said the Royal Australian Mint was excited to partner with Australia Post and BBC Studios to release the next Bluey collection.

"From keepy-uppy to Dollarbucks, Bluey has a way of making the ordinary feel magical. These coins are a small piece of everyday joy for families across Australia."

Bluey fans can visit participating Post Offices or online from today (6 May) to buy individual coins featuring a special Bluey Star privy mark for $20 each and the full coin tube and folder set for $34. Collector Maxicard Pack and limited-edition Pin Badge Covers are also available as well as a Bluey Stamp Pack, containing twelve $1.70 self-adhesive MyStamps and a large look-a-like stamp, with graphics of Bluey plus her family and friends.
