Car fire in St Kilda

Port Phillip Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding a suspicious car fire in St Kilda on the 3 March.

Emergency services were called to Foster Street at 5am, where a White Peugeot sedan parked on the side of the road had been set on fire.

The car was completely destroyed by the fire, which investigators believe was deliberately lit.

A red or orange Mazda 6 sedan was in the area at the time of the incident, and police would like to speak to the driver.

Investigators have released images and footage of the vehicle they are looking for, as they believe the driver will be able to assist investigators with their enquiries.
