Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Jessica Margan.
The 26-year-old was last seen at a home in Ollerton Avenue in Newborough on Saturday 4 July about 3.30pm.
Police have concerns for Jessica's welfare due to a medical condition.
It's believed Jessica is travelling in a grey 2008 Holden Omega sedan with registration number 1HW5KI and may have been heading to the Great Otway National Park.
Police have released an image of Jessica in the hope someone may have information on her current whereabouts.
Jessica is described as being short in stature with a slim build, has curly half shaved hair, with a sleeve tattoo.
She was last seen wearing a black long parker type coat, orange boots, a grey beanie and jeans.
Anyone with information about Jessica's whereabouts is asked to contact Colac Police Station on 5230 0000.
