This week, all of Victoria has been declared a State of Disaster and has implemented further restrictions due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Regional Victoria has been sanctioned with stage 3 restrictions, with Metro Melbourne and Mitchell Shire now under stage 4 restrictions. Whilst a curfew has already been implemented, majority of these changes will come into effect at 11.59pm Wednesday August 5, 2020.
