Cranbourne Raid Yields Drugs, Homemade Bombs, Fake Gun

Caulfield Divisional Response Unit officers allegedly located a quantity of drugs, a homemade explosive and a loaded 3D printed firearm after executing a warrant in Cranbourne earlier today.

Police attended an address in James Cook Drive about 9am as part of an ongoing investigation.

A 54-year-old man and a 43-year-old man, both from Cranbourne, were arrested and officers searched the property.

During the search police allegedly seized:

- a traffickable quantity of cannabis

- a traffickable quantity of GHB

- a loaded 3D printed firearm

- shotgun ammunition

- a homemade explosive device located in the freezer

A 54-year-old and a 43-year-old Cranbourne man were released pending further enquiries.
