Fatal motorcycle crash, NSW

A report will be prepared for the Coroner following a fatal motorcycle crash on the state’s Far South Coast today, NSW Police said.

About 2pm, a 48-year-old man was riding his motorcycle on the Kings Highway, 5km west of Batemans Bay, with two other riders.

Police have been told the 48-year-old rider left the road and crashed into an embankment.

The Queanbeyan man was treated at the location by NSW Ambulance Paramedics, but died at the scene.

Police from Far South Coast Local Area Command attended and will investigate the incident.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
