Florida State to Host Two-Day Google AI and Tech Event

Florida State University Information Technology Services welcomes Google specialists to campus on Wednesday, Oct. 7 and Thursday, Oct. 8, for "Google Days," a two-day event featuring hands-on technology demonstrations, emerging AI tools and professional development workshops.

The campuswide event is part of Google for Education and gives students, faculty and staff direct access to the latest advances in Google Workspace, Google Gemini and Gemini Notebook.

Workshop Attendee Requirements & Certification

BYOD Requirement: Workshop participants must bring a fully charged laptop or tablet for hands-on exercises.

Earn Official Credentials: Attendees can earn official digital badges through the Google AI Educator Series portal by enrolling before their session.

Pre-registration is required for workshop attendance and digital badge tracking. Faculty, staff and students can reserve their preferred sessions directly through the Google Days Event Registration Portal.
