Geo-targeted message issued for woman missing from Sydney's north-west

Police have issued a geo-targeted message to people in the Kellyville area this morning, appealing for public assistance to locate 76-year-old Hortensia Gonzalez, who is missing.

Hortensia was last seen at a home on Carberry Court at Kellyville about 9.30pm yesterday (Saturday 19 November 2022).

When she could not be located, officers attached to The Hills Police Area Command were told and commenced inquiries to find her.

Family and police hold concerns for Hortensia's welfare as she lives with a medical condition which requires ongoing treatment.

She is described as being of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean appearance, about 155-160cm tall, of a thin build, with grey hair.

She was last seen wearing a black and white spotted shirt, with dark navy jeans and sneakers, and is possibly carrying a handbag.

She is known to frequent the Kellyville and Rouse Hill areas.

Anyone who may have seen Hortensia, or may know of her whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
