The United Nations' International Organization for Migration (IOM) announced a new collaboration with Goodwill Ambassador and internationally renowned artist Dimash Qudaibergen. Through his upcoming Strangers World Tour, Dimash will shine a spotlight on humanitarian crises worldwide and raise awareness of the challenges faced by millions of people on the move, helping IOM raise funds to support its lifesaving work.

"Dimash believes in the power of music to bring people together, no matter where they come from," said IOM Director General Amy Pope. "His commitment as an IOM Goodwill Ambassador reflects our shared belief that migration is part of humanity's common story. Everyone deserves the chance to contribute, to be part of society, and to build a better future for themselves and their communities."

As part of the collaboration, at select performances, Dimash will use his platform to help raise awareness of IOM's humanitarian efforts. These focus on saving lives, supporting communities affected by crisis, and creating safe pathways for people to build dignified futures. A QR code will be displayed at these events, directing audiences to a dedicated IOM donation page. All funds raised through this channel will go exclusively to support IOM's work.

The tour starts on 5 October at Madison Square Garden in New York City and includes performances at Auditorio Nacional and Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City, as well as major arenas in Barcelona, London, and Berlin. Tens of thousands of fans are expected to attend worldwide.

"Music reminds us of what unites us," said Dimash Qudaibergen. "Together, we can stand for the rights of vulnerable people around the world, and inspire solidarity and support for those who need it most."

Through Dimash's voice and global reach, IOM aims to raise awareness and mobilize concrete action for millions of people living through displacement and crisis worldwide.
