Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Camberwell girl Isabella Hoskin.
The 13-year-old was last seen at her school in Camberwell just before 3pm today.
Police and family hold concerns for Isabella's welfare due to her age and a medical condition.
It is believed she may have travelled to Melbourne's CBD.
Isabella is 160cm tall with a slim build, medium length brown hair and blue eyes.
She was last seen wearing her school uniform.
Police have released an image of Isabella in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Isabella is urged to contact Camberwell Police Station on 9882 0688.
