Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Thaia Nguyen.
The 83-year-old was last seen on Currajong Street in St Albans about 3pm today.
She is described as Asian, about 150 centimetres tall with a medium build and grey hair.
She was last seen wearing a purple jacket, white hat and carrying a walking stick.
Thaia is known to frequent the St Albans and Footscray.
Police have released an image of Thaia in the hope someone recognises her and is able to provide information on her whereabouts.
