Come and be dazzled by the dance and drumming spectacle of global performer Lucky Lartey and a showcase of African clothing textiles by Fabrics of Multicultural Australia (FOMA) featuring Kis-Simba Brand's newest designs in the fascinating African Runway segment.

The music, costumes, and performances reflect the entertainment and creativity of Africa, its performers and history.

Your taste buds will quiver with the delight tasting food from more than a dozen different countries including Sudan, Sierra Leone, Morocco, Mauritius, Egypt, and Zimbabwe offering chicken, lamb and beef in any number of recipes from curries to finger food.

There is something for all ages at the Motherland African Festival.

You can experience the delights of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco stall or immerse yourself in the aerobic Afro Steps super fun workout at Yatimba.

There's also an African Drumming and Dance Workshop; Sweetstylez Hair Braiding, an Art and Paint Workshop by Emmanuel Asante and Traditional Ethiopian Dancers.
