National Science week at Australian Space Discovery Centre

Join the Australian Space Discovery Centre and Airbus for a hands on Mission to Mars schools workshop during National Science Week, 2021.

The Space Workshop is a robotics workshop offered by the Airbus Foundation for Years 7 - 10.

This workshop aims to introduce students to the world of robotics and the space industry. The students will investigate the design and abilities of the Arianne 5 rocket.

The workshop will explore the whys and the hows of reaching Mars using advanced technologies in power, telecommunication and rockets.

Sessions are 75 minutes long, including a 45 minute workshop and 30 minutes to explore the Space Gallery.

Sessions take place on Wednesday August 18 and Thursday August 19, 2021.
