New Study Shows Link Between Fitness and Cancer Risk

JAMA Network

About The Study: The findings of this study that included 177,000 Swedish men suggest that cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) may have a potentially important role in reducing the risk of developing and dying from certain cancers in men. If evidence for causality is established, interventions to improve CRF in individuals with low CRF should be prioritized.
