The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, August 19, at 10:00 EDT (14:00 GMT) in the Simón Bolívar Hall at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC, to considerate the draft resolution "Convocation of a Meeting of Consultation of Ministers of Foreign Affairs to consider the situation in Nicaragua", among other topics.
