OAS Council to Celebrate Pan American Day and Week

The Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) will hold a protocolary meeting on Monday, April 15 at 11:00 EDT (15:00 GMT) in the Hall of the Americas, at OAS headquarters in Washington, DC., to commemorate "Pan American Day and Pan American Week."

The meeting will include the participation of -among others-, the Special Presidential Advisor for the Americas of the Government of the United States, Senator Chris Dodd, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, Frederick A Mitchell.
