They're Tasmanian Bakeries' update on the party pie and sausage roll, plus there's a spinach and cheese roll for vegetarians. Perfect for serving during a mid-afternoon catch-up or after a late-night lounge room dance party, Proper Littles offer all the satisfying, mouth-watering flavour you need in a bite-sized snack, said Geraldine Tebbutt, CEO of Tasmanian Bakeries.
"Like all our products, Proper Littles are only made from the best ingredients," she said. "That includes Australian grass-fed beef, free-range chicken from Marion Bay, east of Hobart, and other locally sourced produce.

The Proper Littles range comes in six flavours:
- Classic Beef Why mess with perfection? No matter the occasion, pull a tray of these little beauties, made using 100% grass-fed Australian beef, from the oven, and the party is sure to get started. Or refuelled, if it's already been going for a while.
- Curried Chicken People of the world, spice up your life. We've added a little kick to classic chick, but like all the best things in life, we didn't overdo it, flirting with flavour rather than dialling up the heat.
- Chicken & Camembert When people asked for cheese, please, we added camembert to chicken pies to make them, well, extra extra. It's a swanky party pie – sophistication wrapped in tasty pastry.
- Little Spinach & Cheese Rolls There's no need for vegetarians to miss out on tasty treats. We've taken spinach and three types of cheese – ricotta, fetta and creamed neufchatel – to create little pillows of perfection.
- Sausage Rolls These petite pastry heroes are a favourite with kids. What are we talking about? They're a favourite with everyone. There's been no messing about with these sausie rolls – they're pure and simple grass-fed Aussie beef.
- Beef Rolls OK, just say you wanted to elevate the sausage roll… As Montell Jordan once said, "This is how we do it." We take our classic sausage roll and add rosemary and a hint of truffle.
Freshly baked in Hobart, with 128 layers of delicious puff pastry, the delicious Proper Littles range is available in six different flavours, sold in a pack of six (RRP $7.00).
