Emergency Management (Passenger Transport Vaccination) (COVID-19) Direction 2021 has been revoked and was replaced with Emergency Management (Passenger Transport Vaccination No 2) (COVID-19) Direction 2021. It came into effect at 5.48pm on 25 November 2021.
The new Direction corrected the reference to the Passenger Transport Act, 1994 (not 1997).
There was no change to the requirements or intent of the previous Direction.
