Notice of adoption of Planning Scheme Policy – FNQROC Regional Development Manual Amendment 1 of 2020 and Planning Scheme Policy – FNQROC Regional Development Manual Version 1.3
Notice is given under the Planning Act 2016 that on 14 October 2020 Cairns Regional Council resolved to adopt the Planning Scheme Policy – FNQROC Regional Development Manual Amendment 1 of 2020 and resulting Planning Scheme Policy – FNQROC Development Manual Version 1.3.
Planning Scheme Policy – FNQROC Development Manual Version 1.3 replaces Planning Scheme Policy – FNQROC Development Manual Version 1.2.
The Planning Scheme Policy – FNQROC Regional Development Manual Amendment 1 of 2020 and resulting Planning Scheme Policy – FNQROC Development Manual Version 1.3 commence on 19 October 2020.
The purpose and general effect of the amendment is to include the updated version of the FNQROC Regional Development Manual (Version 8).
A copy of the Planning Scheme Policy – FNQROC Regional Development Manual Amendment 1 of 2020 and resulting Planning Scheme Policy – FNQROC Development Manual Version 1.3 is available for inspection or purchase at the Cairns Regional Council Customer Service Centre located at 119-145 Spence Street, Cairns or can be viewed or downloaded below.
