Brunswick police arrested a 26-year-old man after a laser was allegedly pointed at the police air wing overnight.
The police helicopter was flying over the Hadfield area when the laser was allegedly shone towards the aircraft about 3.15am.
Police arrested the man at an address in Hadfield.
He is he expected to be charged on summons with interfere with crew of an aircraft, reckless conduct and possess prohibited weapon.
