Northern Territory Police have charged a 35-year-old man with one count of sexual intercourse without consent, act of gross indecency and indecent assault.
He was arrested yesterday and has since been remanded to appear in Darwin Local Court on Monday 19 September 2022.
The incident, which occurred in Tiwi, was reported to police by an adult female victim on 9 September 2022.
For the privacy of the victim no further information will be provided.
