Esperance Detectives have arrested a man following their investigation into an incident that occurred in Esperance on Tuesday, 27 April 2021.
It will be alleged around 6.15pm the victim, a woman in her 20s, was in the toilet block located on The Esplanade when the man climbed into the cubicle used by the victim. She was able to get away from the man and flee.
The 24-year-old man from Nulsen was charged with Unlawful and indecent assault.
He will appear in the Esperance Magistrates Court 6 May 2021.
