Police are investigating a traffic crash in Woombye last night, May 7.
Around 8.45pm, police were called after reports two vehicles had crashed at the intersection of McKenzie Road and Nambour Connection Road.
Initial investigations indicate a blue Toyota Corolla was travelling north on Nambour Connection Road and a white Suzuki Swift was traveling south when the two cars collided at the intersection with McKenzie Road.
The driver and passenger of the Toyota ran from the scene before police arrived.
The 17-year-old female driver and two 17-year-old male passengers of the Suzuki were transported to hospital in stable conditions.
The Toyota was reportedly stolen from a carpark on Matthew Terrace in Caboolture after 6.30pm last night, May 7.
The occupants of the Toyota remain outstanding and police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident, has information, or dashcam or CCTV footage of the area at the time to contact police.
