Police seek help to find missing woman at Woolloongabba 17 June

Police are urgently seeking assistance from the public to help locate a 25-year-old woman missing from Woolloongabba.

Jemmah Cummins (pictured) was last seen leaving the Princess Alexandra Hospital just before 2am this morning (June 17).

Police have serious concerns for her welfare as she is suffering from a medical condition requiring treatment.

Jemmah is described as 160cm tall, fair complexion, with green eyes and brown hair.

She was last seen wearing a hospital gown and will likely have a cast on her arm.

Police are urging Jemmah, or anyone with information on her whereabouts, to contact them immediately.
