Police seek information after crash- Leppington

Police are appealing for information after a crash in Sydney's west earlier this year.

About 11.50pm on Saturday 1 April 2023, emergency services were called to the intersection of Camden Valley Way and Denham Court at Leppington after a pedestrian was hit by a car.

Officers attached to Campbelltown City Police Area Command attended and were told the pedestrian, a 34-year-old man, was struck by a blue Mazda.

The man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics and taken to Liverpool Hospital in a serious condition, where he remains.

The driver of the vehicle was uninjured and taken to Campbelltown Hospital for mandatory testing.

As inquiries continue, police would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who have dashcam vision from the area at the time are urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
