Join us for the official opening of Liminality: belonging to both: belonging to neither.
The exhibition features work by artists Yukiko Abe-Kruithof and Penny Pollard and explore themes of identity, belonging and life between cultures, languages and experiences.
It is the first public showcase of work developed through The Shared School, Council's pilot artist in residence program based at Black Flat Community Hall.
The program provides artists with space to experiment, connect and create and demonstrates the value of investing in local emerging artists and creatives.
Exhibition will be on show at Civic Gallery until 18 September (Monday - Friday, 8.15am - 5pm)
