The Rural Plant Code of Practice 2004 (the Code) is currently under review. The review will consider what changes are necessary to ensure the Code remains fit-for-purpose and supports industry to meet its work health and safety legislative obligations and ensure the safety of workers who operate rural plant in the agriculture industry.
