A total of 36 researchers have received Sapere Aude grants, which are awarded to young researchers who have performed top research in their field. With the grant, the research talents can develop and strengthen their research ideas and competencies as research leaders.
The grant recipients from DTU
- Assistant Professor Anne Zebitz Eriksen, DTU Health Tech, receives approx. DKK 6 million for the project 'Development of whole Eye organoids, as a disease model of retinitis pigmentosa'.
- Assistant Professor Luca Vannucci, DTU Electro, receives approx. DKK 6 million for the project 'Indistinguishable single-photon emission for quantum technologies from transition metal dichalcogenides (INSPEQT)'.
- Tenure Track Assistant Professor Raphael Ferreira, DTU Health Tech, receives approx. DKK 6 million for the project 'Advancing Large-Scale Genome Engineering for Next-Generation Cell Therapy Screens'.
