Northern Territory Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a structure fire that occurred earlier this morning.
At around 2:45am, police received reports of a fire at a commercial property on the corner of De Latour Street and Bagot Road.
Upon arrival, NT Fire and Rescue observed the building fully ablaze. Crews have been working to extinguish the fire however, the building has sustained significant damage.
A crime scene has been established at the site while police and fire investigators examine the scene.
