Support is available to improve mental wellbeing

The ongoing pandemic is placing an increasing strain on everyone and for those who're struggling to cope, or suffering from mental health related issues, there are people and services out there to help.

Lifeline can be contacted on Tel 131114 at any time of the day or night for counselling, information, referrals and immediate and confidential opportunities to discuss a problem or concern.

The Lifeline service responds to callers of all ages with a wide range of concerns and emergencies. This includes matters involving relationships, domestic violence, family issues, youth issues, child abuse, depression & anxiety, loneliness, unemployment, grief, problems at work or school, homelessness, money worries, drug & alcohol problems and suicide.
