Three men, wanted on warrants, extradited from South Australia - Murray River

Three men, wanted on outstanding NSW warrants, have been extradited from South Australia.

Officers from Murray River Police Area Command have been conducting inquires to locate three men - aged 28, 26 and 24 – wanted on outstanding warrants for break and enter offences.

Inquiries led police to a campsite in bushland near Renmark, South Australia, where the men were arrested about 7am yesterday (Monday 21 June 2021).

They were taken to Renmark Police Station and appeared at Renmark Magistrate Court yesterday (Monday 22 June 2021), where NSW Police applied for and were granted their extradition to Sydney.

The trio were escorted to Dareton Police Station, where they were refused bail to appear in Broken Hill Local Court today (Tuesday 22 June 2021).
