Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kylie Powell.
Three warrants have been issued for the 44-year-old's arrest for theft and deception-related offences.
An image of Powell has been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her whereabouts.
She is known to reside in the Braybrook, Fawkner and North Melbourne areas.
