BUSINESS EXPO
We're supporting the Central Goldfields Village Business Expo, a joint initiative of the Committee for Maryborough and Village Business.
Now is the time to join in as an exhibitor or sponsor, to showcase your services and products in this unique event at Maryborough Harness Racing Club on Friday 9 May.
Over 200 businesspeople from across Central Goldfields and adjoining shires come together to connect and network, seek new business and commercial opportunities, and meet with government leaders from local, state and federal levels.
There's also hands-on workshops, marketing, finance and legal advice, mentors and potential partnerships.

CHECK YOUR LETTERBOX!
Autumn is here and so is the latest edition of our Community Update magazine.
You can read it online at www.centralgoldfields.vic.gov.au/communityupdate or keep an eye out in your letterbox next week.
In our latest edition we invite you to share with us 'what matters to you." As part of our Council Plan process, your feedback will help decide where we should focus our resources and efforts to best support our community over the next four years.
We know our community is keen to better understand why the Maryborough Olympic Outdoor Pool Complex is closed and what it will take to see it re-opened. We've worked in partnership with The Friends of the Maryborough Outdoor Pool Precinct to provide answers to the most frequently asked questions.
There's also information about the 4-bin system which will be introduced in 2027, profiles on this year's Australia Day Award recipients plus an invitation to our National Volunteer Week thank you event in May.
Happy reading!
BIN CHANGES
The Victorian Government is standardising household waste and recycling services across the state.
This means the way you use your bins at home will change by July 2027.
To help us prepare for the transition, we're inviting residents to share their feedback on waste.
This will help us roll out the new 4-bin service that best meets the needs of our community.
You can find out more and provide feedback by chatting to our waste team in person at: Talbot Farmers Market (Sundays: 16 March, 18 May and 15 June) and Dunolly Country Market (Sundays: 23 March, 27 April and 22 June).
ANIMAL REGISTRATIONS
