Western Australia coronovirus update as at 15 January

The Department of Health has today reported three new cases of COVID-19 in Western Australia, bringing the State's total to 884.

The confirmed cases include two males and one female aged in their 20s and 30s. All three returned to Perth from overseas and are in hotel quarantine.

WA Health is monitoring 18 active cases and 857 people have recovered from the virus in WA.

There have been 683,322 COVID-19 tests performed in WA. Of those tested, 107,714 were from regional WA.

Yesterday 2,134 people presented to WA Health-managed COVID clinics – 2,109 were assessed and swabbed.
